I. Product Description:

E-FAST TK-1200 charger is mainly for DC12-24V lead-acid and LiFePO4 category of batteries and the development of integrated charging control system charger, self-developed battery charging management system, with a more optimized charging and discharging curves, a variety of battery mode settings, so that the battery charging more full. When charging, just connect the battery and charger plug-in, turn on the power, the machine can automatically detect the battery to be charged existing power and ambient temperature, according to the battery to be charged different discharge and real-time ambient temperature for charging, the battery is sufficient to automatically turn off the charging system.

The product integrates a variety of protection functions, such as reverse connection, short-circuit, overcharge, over-temperature, over-current, key release false trigger and other intelligent settings, which can effectively ensure the safety of the charging equipment and its charger; at the same time, it increases the charger's memory, the battery power detection, the touch button and other humanized settings, which makes the charging more convenient and fast. 

The product has pulse repair function, for the lead-acid batteries that can not be charged due to mild or moderate sulfation, the battery can be repaired and activated by pulse repair mode, which can reduce the sulfation phenomenon to a certain extent and make the battery charge normally.

(1) Battery type: It is suitable for lead-acid batteries and lithium iron batteries with charging voltage within the range of DC14.2-14.9V@12V mode and DC28.4-30V@24V mode, and it is strictly forbidden to charge ternary lithium batteries or batteries whose charging voltage is not within this range.

(3) Operating ambient temperature: Suitable for working in an environment of -10 to +40 degrees Celsius.

(4) Altitude: Suitable for use at an altitude of 4000 meters or less.

(5) Use of the environment: Do not charge in an aerosol environment, surrounded by flammable and explosive substances, charger or battery surface covered with a cover, so as not to cause damage to personal property.

V. Product Function Introduction:

(4) Seven-stage charging: the product has seven-stage charging function (the seven stages are: desulfuration, trickle charging, constant current charging, constant voltage charging, battery power detection (the detection stage only displays the voltage and temperature, and the power grid effect is the same as the restoration mode), compensatory charging, and float charging), and the charging curve is shown below:

Note1:Motorcycle battery mode only has 6-stage charging (remove desulfuration)

(5) Battery power detection: without access to the AC input voltage, the battery clamps clamped on the positive and negative ends of the battery (red positive and black negative), you can display the current and voltage parameters of the battery in a timely manner (digital tube display data: voltage and ambient temperature cyclic display, the power grid according to the detected data in the form of a percentage of the form of display, the first time on the power of the 6S self-check and wait for the 6S did not come to the temperature display, 6S to reach the temperature and voltage cyclic display)

(7) over-temperature protection: the product has an over-temperature protection function, the product detects the temperature is too high, it will start the over-temperature protection program, when the temperature returns to the normal value, resume the initial charging state.

(8) overcharge protection: the product has overcharge protection function, to avoid overcharging lead to battery life decline, enhance the reliability of charging safety (maximum charging time default 15.5-16.0H)

(9) charging voltage self-test: automatic self-test after the battery charging is completed, without human switching, self-test passes into the float charging, and vice versa into the compensation charging, compensation charging is completed then into the float charging

(10) key anti-trigger: the product key to put the wrong trigger, product charging start timing, 30S after the key self-locking, can not be triggered, clip off the key can be unlocked (AC no input, clip clip in the battery no-load self-test state, the key lock, access to the AC input voltage before unlocking)
