The TK-600 charger is mainly developed for DC12-24V lead-acid and LiFePO4 batteries. It is a charger with an integrated charging control system. The self-developed battery charging management system has a more optimized charging and discharging curve and multiple battery mode settings, making the battery charging more full. When charging, as long as the battery and charger plug-in are connected and the power is turned on, the machine can automatically detect the current power and ambient temperature of the battery to be charged, and charge according to the different discharge amounts and real-time ambient temperatures of the battery to be charged. The charging system will be automatically shut down when the battery is sufficient.
The product integrates multiple protection functions, such as reverse connection, short circuit, overcharge, overtemperature, overcurrent, button mis-triggering and other intelligent settings, which can effectively ensure the safety of the charging equipment and its charger; at the same time, it adds charger memory, battery power detection, touch button and other humanized settings to make charging more convenient and quick.
The product has a pulse repair function. For lead-acid batteries that cannot be charged due to moderate or mild sulfidation, the pulse repair mode can be used to repair and activate the battery, which can reduce the sulfidation phenomenon to a certain extent and allow the battery to charge normally.
